Refund policy

All tickets are sold on a final sale basis and are non-transferable. Refund policies defined by our clients prohibit The Master Pass from issuing exchanges, discounts, or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. Please note that any service fees attached to a purchase are non-refundable for any reason.

VIP Packages & Add-Ons
VIP packages, upgrades, and add-ons are also final sale and non-refundable. Cancellation of a VIP package does not mean the event, performance, or show has been canceled. If a VIP package is canceled, the event will still proceed as scheduled unless otherwise explicitly stated. Refunds, if applicable, will apply only to the VIP portion and will not affect the validity of the event ticket.

The Master Pass will NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong show

  • Unable to attend the show (e.g., illness, lack of transportation, personal reasons, venue preference, etc.)

  • Dissatisfaction with the performance

  • Ticket purchased under the wrong name

The Master Pass WILL offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Fraudulent charges on a credit or debit card

  • VIP Event cancellation

  • VIP Event postponement or rescheduling where the ticket holder cannot attend the new date

Service fees are non-refundable for any reason.
